How can I place an order at SANCTUM Shoes?

Shopping online is fun and easy!
You can either shop by designer (designers a to z) or by colors (black, red, etc.) using the navigation at the left – or by type of shoe (boot, pumps, sandal, etc.) or accessories on the top. You can even select “All Shoes” on the top .
Click on the image or ‘See details’ to access the product detail page for specific information and sizing options for the selected product.

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to cart" button –you might need to select your size also. In this way your selection will be added to the basket. Review the item(s) in your shopping cart. You have the option to delete items by clicking on ‘Remove item’. You may click on ‘Continue shopping’ to continue browsing, by clicking the button "Proceed to Checkout" to go to the next order step.
Please note that prices shown are in EUR, including VAT. Additional shipping costs will be added to your final purchase price at checkout. If you are purchasing outside the EU, the shown prices are excluding your VAT or any other tariffs.

2. Checkout

Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please complete the “Billing Address” form. Make sure you fill out all fields marked with *. If you have already registered with us, simply login using you e-mail address and the password you created for the account. Your data is processed according to our data Privacy Policy. Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not happen. By clicking the button "Next" takes you to the next order step.

3. Billing Address / Payment Method

Now please check your billing address and select your preferred payment method. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by Paypal. By clicking the button "Next" takes you to the next order step.

4. Shipping Address Check / Shipping Method

Now check your shipping address and specify your shipping method. By clicking the button "Next" takes you to the next order step.

5. Completing the ordering / Conditions and Privacy Policy

You will get an overview of your order: The selected products, shipping and billing address and contact details. Please verify that all the information is correct and please carefully read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy prior to placing your order. You can proceed with the order only if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By clicking the button "order" your order is send to us. You hereby submit a binding offer. First, we acknowledge the receipt of the order with an automatic email. However, this is not a legally binding acceptance by us. A contract is only done with the written order confirmation by us, which we also send you by email.
